The space
You are renting a room in an apartment with three other rooms. The bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned daily and are shared among all the guests. Therefore, we ask you to be polite, not to shower too long, and to leave everything tidy and clean. Also, please do not leave personal items outside your room. The room has 11 square meters.

During your stay
CHECK IN is totally automatic, and can take place after 1pm at any time of the day or night. Any required interaction of presence with the hosts must be arranged in advance.
The host is not responsible if the guest does not read the entry instructions, if you follow all the steps the access is very easy, without reading the information you will have difficulties because there is no physical person to welcome you but always available to help our guests.

Other things to keep in mind
In case the keys of the apartment are lost, 100€ will be withheld from the security deposit.
